Hi everyone,

I have some difficult news to share.

After a lot of thought, I've made the incredibly hard decision to take a break from coaching gymnastics for the time being. Because I am currently the only coach, this also means that gymnastics classes will be paused until further notice.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. Coaching your children has been so much more than a job to me. It has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, and getting to watch them learn, grow, gain confidence, and celebrate their achievements has been such a privilege.

I think the part that breaks my heart the most is knowing that this means taking away something the kids love. They have brought so much joy to my weeks, and I will miss seeing their smiles, hearing their excitement, and celebrating every new skill alongside them.

As much as this hurts, I know that right now I need to take some time for myself. It wasn't a decision I made lightly, but it's one I know I need to make.

I want to sincerely thank every family who trusted me with their children. Your support, encouragement, and kindness have meant more to me than I can put into words. It has been an honour to be a small part of your children's lives.

I truly hope this is "see you later" rather than "goodbye." If and when I'm able to return, I would love nothing more than to welcome all of you back.
