Refund Policy
Treehouse Athletics Refund Policy
At Treehouse Athletics, we are committed to providing high-quality gymnastics instruction in a safe and supportive environment. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, please carefully review our refund policy outlined below:
-
Class Fees:
Payment of class tuition confirms enrollment in the designated session. Refunds for class fees will only be considered upon receipt of a written cancellation request submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the commencement of the session. Requests made after this deadline or once the session has commenced will not be eligible for a refund. -
Medical Withdrawals:
In the event of injury or illness that prevents participation, Treehouse Athletics may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining portion of the session. A valid medical certificate or doctor’s note must accompany any such request for consideration. Medical refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. -
Make-up Classes and Missed Sessions:
Treehouse Athletics maintains a strict policy regarding make-up classes. Make-up sessions will only be provided if a scheduled class is cancelled or rescheduled by Treehouse Athletics. We do not offer make-up classes for absences due to participant scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal reasons. -
Class Cancellation by Treehouse Athletics:
In the rare event that Treehouse Athletics must cancel a class or session due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future session. Notification of such cancellations will be communicated as promptly as possible. -
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon. -
Policy Modifications:
Treehouse Athletics reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current and prospective participants in a timely manner.
